Why is it that when I compose a note in the Notes app in IOS 10 and then copy the note to Mail, the font is so huge as compared to previous versions of IOS. People keep saying I'm shouting at them and it is very annoying. Any suggestions?

Did you resolve this issue? I have the same issue. it's such PITA to deal with the changes. I als, use the phone for business and I don't want to go into dropbox everytime I need to send a canned response to initial client inquiries.
Having same annoying issue, whether I copy and paste or use icon to email on iPad Air 2 IOS 10.02. I've tried all sorts of setting configs, text size in display etc, hope Apple picks up on this and fixes.

This also a problem when printing from Notes. It used to be adjustable via Settings, text size.
